It's all about local community and heritage, horticulture and the variety which nature provides in and around Devon, England.
At it's heart is a large directory of fruit varieties, which is surrounded by a growing collection of events and .

This website is happily provided and maintained by Orchards Live.
Devon's orchards of traditional trees are valuable because of their beauty, history, wildlife and rich variety of local apples. Unfortunately, much of this heritage has been lost.
So in 1991 orchard enthusiasts from Devon created 'Save Our Orchards' which became Orchards Live in 2002.
Since then they have been reversing this decline with real achievements.
