Picking Season: early-mid Oct
Storage: 1–2 months
Uses: Dessert: Sharp, fresh mild Culinary: Breaks up to a puree, yellow/ greenish translucent, tangy, mild no aroma. Juice: Sharp tangy slightly sweet pale green refreshing slight perfume.
