Manaccan

One of the old Cornish varieties from the Kea and Manaccan districts of Cornwall. Traditionally propagated from suckers.

Was sold in the local markets and considered the best plum from the Kea area.

Oval, medium sized and yellow in colour with a pink flush. Excellent, sweet/rich falvour. Also was prized for jam making.
